Refund Policy
All sales are final. There may be exceptions for special circumstances.
Please inspect all items upon receiving them. In the event that an item arrives damaged, not caused by mail carrier, contact me within 3 days of receipt and I will gladly work with you to come to a resolution, whether that be a refund or a brand new item.
There are no refunds or returns on custom items, as these are specially made to order for one individual.
All items are hand tied and dyed, meaning each one will vary from the next. No two items will look identical in color or pattern. Variations WILL occur that are out of my control.
